DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES • UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 2–4 business days • Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 4–6 business days • Qatar (Doha): 4–6 business days • Kuwait (Kuwait City): 4–7 business days ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email within 24 hours. You can use this to track your delivery in real time. PAY ON DELIVERY (COD) Cash on Delivery is available across all GCC countries we serve. Simply select "Pay on Delivery" at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready for our courier. FAILED DELIVERIES If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you to rearrange. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and you will need to place a new order.
