Refund policy

We want you to love every NEATLY product. If you're not 100% satisfied, we've made returns simple and stress-free.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email support@neatlybh.com or WhatsApp +973 3403 7963 with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return label or collection instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card or digital wallet) within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
- Opened consumable products (e.g. vacuum sealer bags after use)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge immediately.
