Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Customs & Import Duties
All orders are shipped as retail goods and include standard documentation. Customers are responsible for any local import duties (rare for intra-GCC shipments).
