How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email support@neatlybh.com or WhatsApp +973 3403 7963 with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
We Confirm & Arrange
We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return label or collection instructions. No complicated forms, no hassle.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
- Opened consumable products (e.g. vacuum sealer bags after use)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
💳 Refund Method
Refunds go back to your original payment method — credit card, debit card, or digital wallet. Allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
